Affiliate Agreement

For Eco-Friendly Cleaning Products

This Affiliate Agreement (“Agreement”) is entered into by and between:

[Purvellay] (“Company”, “we”, “us”), operating in the United States and Canada, and Affiliate (“you”, “your”).

By applying to or participating in the Affiliate Program, you agree to the following terms:

1. PROGRAM OVERVIEW

The Company offers an Affiliate Program allowing approved affiliates to promote eco-friendly cleaning products in exchange for commissions. Participation is subject to approval at the Company’s sole discretion.

2. COMMISSION STRUCTURE

Affiliates can earn up to 20% recurring commission on qualifying purchases made through their unique referral link. Recurring commissions apply to subscription-based purchases where applicable.

3. PAYMENTS

Payments are issued every 45 days. Minimum payout threshold is $100. Earnings below this threshold roll over. Affiliates are responsible for providing accurate payment details.

4. REFUNDS & CHARGEBACKS

If a transaction is refunded, canceled, or charged back, the associated commission may be reversed or deducted from future payments.

5. COMPANY RESPONSIBILITIES

The Company will provide:

- Unique tracking links

- Marketing materials (images, copy, messaging)

- Reasonable affiliate support

6. AFFILIATE RESPONSIBILITIES

Affiliates agree to:

- Promote honestly and ethically

- Follow brand guidelines

- Use approved links

- Comply with all applicable laws

7. FTC & DISCLOSURE COMPLIANCE

Affiliates must clearly disclose their relationship with the Company in all promotions, in compliance with FTC and Canadian guidelines. Disclosures must be clear, visible, and included in every promotional instance.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

Affiliates may not:

- Make false or misleading claims

- Use deceptive marketing

- Send spam

- Bid on Company trademarks in paid ads

- Use coupon sites without permission

- Misrepresent their affiliation

9. CONTENT USAGE

Affiliates retain ownership of their content but grant the Company a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use, reproduce, and distribute such content for marketing purposes.

10. CONFIDENTIALITY

Affiliates agree not to disclose confidential or proprietary information.

11. ETHICAL STANDARDS

Affiliates must avoid exaggerated, misleading, or fear-based messaging and represent eco-friendly claims responsibly.

12. TERMINATION

Standard violations will receive notice and opportunity to cure. Serious violations (including FTC violations, fraud, or brand misuse) may result in immediate termination. Upon termination, affiliates must remove all links and references.

13. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, loss of income, or technical issues.

14. INDEMNIFICATION

Affiliate agrees to indemnify and hold harmless the Company from claims arising from their actions or violations.

15. GOVERNING LAW

This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United States and the state of Wyoming.

16. MODIFICATIONS

The Company may update this Agreement at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance.

17. ACCEPTANCE

By participating in the program, you acknowledge and agree to these terms.
